Zone IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Answering and directing phone calls, directing them to team members or taking details
- Capture client / Candidate details in CRM or HR systems
- Managing incoming and outgoing central email
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments for team and clients(including candidate interviews)
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ability to do follow-ups with team and external contacts when needed
- Organise and coordinate office events and any online order required for the team
- Assisting with general office duties and projects as assigned
