Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Promotions and Campaigns : Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales. Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and threats. Product Knowledge : Stay updated on the features, benefits, and selling points of the company's personal care products. Sales Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including performance analysis, stock levels, and customer feedback. Inventory Management : Ensure optimal stock levels at retail outlets and prevent stockouts. Training & Development : Train and guide retail sales teams on the product portfolio, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
