Job Summary :
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing large volumes of data. The operator will work closely with other departments to ensure that information is entered correctly and promptly, supporting the organization’s data management needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Data Entry :
Accurately enter data into computer systems or databases from various sources (manual records, scanned documents, etc.).
Data Verification and Quality Control :
Review data for errors and inconsistencies, and make necessary corrections or report issues as needed.
Record Keeping :
Maintain organized records of all entered data and ensure that records are updated regularly.
Data Retrieval :
Retrieve and compile data from various sources or databases as requested by management or other departments.
Confidentiality & Data Privacy :
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Collaboration :
Work with team members and other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data entry.
Miscellaneous :
Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures or best practices.

Requirements
Fresher’s with good typing skills (Typing speed 25 to 30 words per minute)
Excellent Typing Speed with Quality.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Open to Graduates and Non Graduates as well .

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or tele calling. Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil (or the regional language). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
