Key Responsibilities :
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling.
Handle email management, responding to inquiries, prioritizing urgent messages, and drafting correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Oversee task follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with discretion.
Assist in coordinating projects, events, and business operations as needed.
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Take meeting minutes and provide summaries with action items.
Requirements :
Fluent in English with clear, neutral pronunciation and strong written and verbal
communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Google Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience handling high-level executive support tasks with discretion.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
Ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs and act proactively.
At least 3-5 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant.
