About Role: Looking for energetic professionals from the FMCG background who are passionate about customer success, implementation, client handling, and solving business challenges in a fast-growing SaaS environment. 🔹 Role: Growth Consultant – Customer Success 🔹 Industry Preference: FMCG / Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain 🔹 Experience: 6 months to 3 years 🔹 Work Type: Client-facing | Product Implementation | Customer Success 💼 Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end implementation and onboarding of SaaS products - Understanding customer requirements and coordinating with internal teams - Handling master data, reports, troubleshooting, and UAT support - Client communication and stakeholder management - Driving user adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction post go-live - Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing solutions to customers - Building strong customer relationships to drive long-term engagement and business growth ✅ We are looking for candidates with: - Strong communication & documentation skills - Good knowledge of MS Excel - Understanding of FMCG business processes - High ownership mindset and willingness to work in a startup environment - SaaS onboarding/support experience is an added advantage
