Job Description : SEO Specialist

We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Specialist with 23 years of proven success in driving organic traffic enhancing search engine rankings and implementing effective SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in boosting our online visibility optimizing our website and achieving our business objectives through strategic SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Keyword Research & Strategy

Conduct thorough keyword research to identify highvalue keywords that align with business goals.
Develop and implement a comprehensive keyword strategy.

2. OnPage Optimization

Optimize website content meta tags headings and URLs for targeted keywords.

Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to SEO best practices.

Optimize images and ensure proper use of alt tags.

3. OffPage SEO

Develop and execute effective backlink acquisition strategies.

Monitor and analyze linkbuilding performance.

4. Technical SEO

Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve crawling indexing or performance issues.

Ensure website speed mobilefriendliness and usability are in line with SEO best practices.

5. Content Optimization

Collaborate with content creators to produce SEOoptimized articles blogs and landing pages.

Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor website performance metrics using Google Analytics Search Console and other tools.

Generate monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

Track keyword rankings and organic traffic trends.

7. SEO Tools Proficiency

Utilize tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush Moz Screaming Frog or similar for audits tracking and analysis.

8. Staying Updated

Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes to maintain rankings.

Explore emerging SEO trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience : Minimum of 23 years of handson experience in SEO.

Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proficiency : Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush or Moz.

Knowledge : Strong understanding of onpage offpage and technical SEO practices.

Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and website management (e.g. CMS platforms like WordPress).

Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills for content optimization and reporting.

Teamwork : Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with local SEO strategies and tools.

Knowledge of PPC campaigns and their integration with SEO strategies.

Basic understanding of JavaScript and schema markup.

Relevant certifications in SEO Google Analytics or similar areas.
