The Regional Visual Merchandiser is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing the visual merchandising activities within a designated region. This position requires a strong focus on both aesthetic and operational aspects of visual merchandising while efficiently coordinating and supervising Field VMs. Key Responsibilities : Supervision and Coordination :
1. Directly manage and supervise Field VMs within the region, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
2. Coordinate and allocate tasks efficiently among Field VMs to meet aesthetic and operational requirements. Campaign and Launch Execution :
1. Ensure timely and accurate implementation of all campaigns, launches, and promotions in stores across the region.
2. Oversee the setup and execution of displays and visual elements in line with brand directives.
Operational Details Management :
1. Monitor and ensure Field VMs' adherence to maintenance tickets, store visits, attendance, and compliance with reporting protocols.
2. Collaborate with the Country Operational Visual Merchandising Coordinator to ensure operational tasks are completed within set deadlines.
Training and Development :
1. Provide guidance, training, and support to Field VMs on both aesthetic and operational requirements.
2. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development among team members.

Team Coordination and Management : - Efficiently manage and coordinate Field VMs to achieve cohesive and high-quality visual merchandising standards.
Campaign and Launch Execution : - Ensure flawless execution of campaigns and launches across stores within the region.
Operational Details Oversight : - Maintain operational efficiency by overseeing maintenance tickets, store visits, attendance, and report compliance within the region.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Campaign Implementation Rate - Percentage of successful and on-time implementation of campaigns and launches within the region.
Operational Compliance - Evaluation of Field VMs' compliance with maintenance tickets, store visits, attendance, and report submissions.
The Regional Visual Merchandiser's role is fundamental in maintaining and enhancing the visual aesthetics and operational efficiency of stores within the region.
Their ability to coordinate, supervise, and ensure adherence to both aesthetic and operational details among Field VMs contributes significantly to the overall success of the visual merchandising department
