Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused International Customer Service Representative to support our global clients in the construction equipment industry. The ideal candidate will manage cross-border customer interactions, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary contact for international customers regarding service requests.
- Handle customer complaints and returns efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct dealer technicians training about machines.
- Warranty machines CAPA claim process / spares recommendation and maintain dealer spares stock.
- Audit dealer stock machines.
- Maintain tracker for dealer machine population for periodical service follow up.
- Follow up with back office for service bulletin and explain dealers about improvement points.
- Co ordinate with dealer for machine decontainerisation and do PDI and submit report.
- Assist in market-specific customer communication, including local language support if applicable.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer and dealers experience through feedback and service enhancements.
