Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for experienced Manufacturing professionals with hands-on exposure to either Upstream Processing (USP) or Downstream Processing (DSP) operations. Candidates should have strong knowledge of GMP requirements and experience working in a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

1. Manufacturing – USP (Upstream Processing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute upstream manufacturing operations as per SOPs, BMRs, and GMP requirements.
  • Handle large-volume fermenters and associated manufacturing activities.
  • Perform NDV, PDV, and inoculum preparation/transfer activities.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and ensure smooth batch execution.
  • Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and records.
  • Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and data-integrity requirements.
  • Support deviation investigations, CAPA, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities.

2. Manufacturing – DSP (Downstream Processing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute downstream manufacturing operations as per SOPs, BMRs, and GMP requirements.
  • Handle 1–2 M columns and downstream purification processes.
  • Perform Microfiltration (MF), Ultrafiltration (UF), and continuous centrifuge operations.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and ensure smooth batch execution.
  • Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and records.
  • Follow GMP, safety, hygiene, and data-integrity requirements.
  • Support deviation investigations, CAPA, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities.
