The Saleswoman at the Saree Shop plays a crucial role in assisting customers and driving sales. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service promoting and selling sarees and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of different sarees
• Assist customers in selecting sarees based on their preferences and occasion
• Ensure the showroom is clean organized and visually appealing to customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and new arrivals
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Stay updated with fashion trends and saree styles
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Contribute to store opening and closing procedures
