Job Description :

• Good Knowledge in L2 Production Support and Willing to support in 24x7 rotational night shift
• Technical Skills : - Unix, shell scripting and Oracle as mandatory skillet. ITIL Certified preferred.
• Working knowledge of ITRS, Autosys, App dynamics, Kibana, Splunk, ServiceNow, UDeploy preferred.
• Well versed with Incident life cycle management, Problem life cycle management, PMR process & Change management.
