Job descriptionStay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and personal care industry. Educate customers about the ingredients, benefits, and usage of Otrix products. Offer demonstrations and trials to enhance the customer experience. Achieve sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques. Promote special offers, discounts, and new launches. Build customer loyalty by encouraging repeat purchases and enrolment in loyalty programs. Ensure product shelves are stocked and visually appealing. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the management team. Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally. Build lasting relationships with customers to establish trust and brand loyalty. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of beauty products and skincare routines. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in cosmetology or related fields are a plus. Passion for beauty and staying updated on the latest trends.
