Key responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Leadership: Implement and execute quality assurance decisions, lead initiatives for quality upgradation, and ensure institutional practices align with NAAC standards.
• Reporting and Documentation: Coordinate the collection, compilation, and submission of data for the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) and other accreditation documents, ensuring timely submission.
• Data Management: Manage and organize data, maintain student files and records, and use computer systems for data management and effective communication.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as the central point of contact for all NAAC-related activities, coordinating with various departments, committees, and higher authorities to ensure a streamlined process.
• Compliance and Evaluation: Ensure all aspects of the accreditation process, including periodic reviews and updates, are completed on time and in accordance with the guidelines set by NAAC.
• Institutional Improvement: Work to continuously improve academic and administrative processes and promote a culture of quality within the institution.
