Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Crewing Assistant at Panbulk Marine Services Pvt. Ltd., India subsidiary of Panbulk Shipping DMCC, Dubai.

The crewing assistant will primarily support the crewing department with administrative and compliance tasks related to seafarers.

Responsibilities

Maintaining crew records, managing documents, coordinating crew changes, and assisting with recruitment and payroll.

Maintaining seafarer records :

Updating crew information, documents, and certificate expirations.

Document management :

Verifying and preparing seafarer documents before departure, including those related to flag state requirements.

Compliance :

Ensuring seafarers meet company, STCW (Seafarers Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) and flag state requirements.

Job location : Kolkata , India ( Onsite)

Experience : minimum 2 years with relevant expereince
