MARS Cosmetics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the execution of in-store branding initiatives, vendor relationship management, and the coordination of events and trade shows to enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal brand visibility at retail touchpoints, manage merchandising strategies, and support promotional activities to effectively engage consumers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Vendor Management : Manage and cultivate relationships with vendors to ensure effective and efficient execution of trade marketing activities.
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Material Management : Oversee the development, distribution, and implementation of POS materials to maximize brand impact at retail locations.
• On-Ground Execution of Brand Initiatives : Implement and monitor in-store branding initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal product placement.
• Trade Marketing Expertise : Apply a strong understanding of retail and trade marketing materials and best practices.
• Timeline Management : Develop and manage project timelines to ensure the timely completion of trade marketing programs.
• Event and Trade Show Coordination : Plan, coordinate, and execute events and trade shows to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Retail Visibility : Ensure consistent and impactful brand presence across all retail touchpoints.
• Retail Audit : Conduct regular retail audits to assess brand performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Negotiation : Negotiate with vendors and retailers to secure favourable terms and maximize return on investment.
• Retail Display Innovation : Research and identify new and innovative retail display materials to enhance brand presentation and shopper experience.
