Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Barista to join our team at multiple locations including Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kottayam, and Ernakulam. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have excellent customer service skills (Mandatory skill) to provide a welcoming and outstanding experience for all patrons.
• Experienced in espresso preparation (Mandatory skill), ensuring every espresso shot is consistent and tailored to specific customer preferences.
• Proficient in milk steaming techniques, creating the perfect texture and temperature for lattes and cappuccinos.
• Adept at following drink recipes, ensuring consistent product quality and presentation.
• Capable of handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining an error-free cash register.
• Skilled in preparing and serving food, guaranteeing adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Experienced in training new baristas, fostering a supportive and effective learning environment.
• Competence in making and serving various specialty beverages apart from the regular coffee and tea offerings.
