We're Hiring: Field Sales Officer
Location: Dewas and Indore
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 1–2 Years
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and expand buyer base of small retail stores
- Onboard retailers in Apparel / Footwear / Home Décor categories
- Drive sales through market linkage & financial products
- Coordinate with marketing & product teams
- Achieve monthly GMV target of 3 Lakhs
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of small retail ecosystem
- Own bike with valid driving license
- Own smartphone
- Local resident (minimum 5 years)
- Proficiency in local language
- No loan default history
