About The Opportunity

A growing education staffing platform connecting skilled educators with schools across India, we specialize in placing qualified, passionate teachers—especially in high-demand languages like French—into part-time, onsite roles at reputed institutions near major urban hubs. Our mission is to empower schools with flexible, high-quality teaching talent while offering educators meaningful, location-convenient opportunities aligned with their schedules and expertise. Role & Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned French lessons to Primary (PRT) and Middle (TGT) grade students in a classroom setting.
Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet learner needs, leveraging interactive methods and digital tools to boost language retention.
Assess student progress through formative evaluations, quizzes, and oral assessments, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with school coordinators and academic teams to align teaching with institutional goals and exam standards (CBSE/ICSE/state boards).
Maintain classroom discipline, safety, and a positive, immersive French-speaking environment for students.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and curriculum review sessions as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Fluent in spoken and written French (DELFI B2/C1 or equivalent certification preferred)
Proficient in teaching methodologies for PRT & TGT age groups
Experience with CBSE/ICSE/state board curriculum frameworks
Ability to use digital tools (Google Classroom, Zoom, Kahoot) for interactive lessons
Valid teaching certification (B.Ed / D.Ed) or equivalent qualification
Background check clearance and police verification (as per school norms)

Preferred

Teaching experience in international or bilingual schools
DELFI C1 or DALF certification
Experience teaching French as a Second Language (FLE)
