Location - Angul, Cuttack, Deogarh, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Keonjhar, Nayagarh and Puri

Candidate Qualifications:
● 1-2 years of experience in the development sector.
● Candidates who have worked in the education sector will be preferred.
● Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly.
Key Results
1. Effective and efficient program coordination at the district level.
2. Support to the Program Managers
Key Responsibilities
1. Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 percent of total working time.
2. Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers.
3. Other responsibilities as requested by the Program Managers.
4. Ability to liaison with stakeholders on a regular basis and create a long-term lasting relationship
5. Basic knowledge of MS Office
6. Ability to conduct training for Anganwadi workers

Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in education, social impact, or development sector. • Proven ability to manage field teams and deliver measurable outcomes in a high-volume, multi-district context. • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and on Slack/digital tools — with a bias for visibility and proactive updates. • Comfort working directly with government officials, AWWs, and community stakeholders. • Ability to operate independently in the field while staying tightly aligned with remote leadership. • Willingness to be based in or travel frequently across UP districts (including Varanasi, Lucknow, Mathura, and others). Good to Have • Prior experience with ICDS, Anganwadi systems, or early childhood education programs. • Familiarity with tech-enabled community programs or WhatsApp-based content delivery. • Experience with OKR/KRA-based performance management. • Hindi proficiency — spoken and written.
