Role Overview : We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns tailored to the local market. Reporting to the country manager, this role will be instrumental in developing strategies aimed at user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth within India , while ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Campaign Management : Own the complete lifecycle of marketing campaigns in [Country], from conceptualization and design to execution and post-campaign analysis, ensuring campaigns are localized to meet the market's specific needs.
• Content Creation & Strategy : Develop compelling marketing content tailored to the local audience for various channels, including email, push notifications, web content, social media, and more, while ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and objectives in the country.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization : Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and driving revenue. Optimize these campaigns based on local market data insights and performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with teams across the organization to align on campaign objectives and ensure cohesive and culturally relevant messaging.
• Market Insights & Reporting : Analyze local campaign performance and market trends to provide actionable insights, recommend improvements, and report on key metrics to country manager.
• Adaptability & Innovation : Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions that address the evolving needs of the local market, ensuring the marketing strategy remains competitive in a rapidly changing environment.
• Other Duties : Support broader company marketing initiatives and contribute to company growth, taking on additional tasks as required.
