We're now looking for our first growth-focused sales hire to help us scale to $2M ARR.
IMPORTANT : The role is hybrid and based in Hyderabad ,Telangana.
Role Overview :
You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with ideal prospects — primarily SaaS founders, marketers, and product leads. Your goal is to consistently fill the top of our sales pipeline with high-quality leads using cold outreach, , and strategic prospecting.
You’ll work directly with the founder and play a critical role in building scalable outbound systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build curated lead lists of SaaS, tech, and app companies using tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Clay.
- Write and send personalized cold emails, messages, and follow-ups.
- Book qualified discovery calls with interested prospects.
- Manage and optimize outreach workflows using tools like Instantly.ai, Lemlist etc
- Track outreach metrics and iterate based on response rates and performance.
- Collaborate on partnership outreach with freelancers, agencies, and accelerators.
- Engage on by posting, commenting, and interacting with SaaS founder content (optional but valuable).
Skills & Experience :
4-6 years experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or growth marketing (agency or SaaS experience is a big plus).Strong copywriting and personalization skills — knows how to write short, effective cold emails.Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, Sales Nav, Mailshake, Clay, etc.Confident on — knows how to find and engage target personas.Self-starter mindset — comfortable owning outreach from scratch and iterating fast.Bonus : Experience selling to or working with SaaS / startup founders.Bonus : Creative eye for how videos and storytelling impact sales / marketing.You’re a Fit If You :
