Job descriptionDevelop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms. Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to ensure effective campaign performance. Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance. Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results and inform strategic decisions. Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution and launch of marketing campaigns. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and progress. Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement. Design and implement A / B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign outcomes. Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to drive performance and maximize ROI. Monitor campaign spend and adjust budgets as needed to achieve cost-per-lead (CPL) targets. Provide reporting on budget spend, and campaign performance. Participate in in-depth training on marketing platforms, tools (GA4, GTM), and industry best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge. A strong passion for digital marketing, particularly paid advertising within the SaaS and tech industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally for SaaS products. Experience with tools such as Clarity, VWO, and Ahrefs for A / B testing and competitive analysis is a plus, but not mandatory. Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms. Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics and KPIs. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Clarity, VWO, and Ahrefs. Knowledge of other paid advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads). Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
