You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving business growth, and acquiring new clients for TradeIndia.com - Infocom Network Private Limited.
Your daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve team and individual targets
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Prospect, build relationships, and convert leads into paying customers
Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring
Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients
Negotiate and close deals with clients
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and client acquisition
Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
2+ years of experience in team handling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong understanding of B2B sales and the global trade market
Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
