Job Description

Position Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract top talent using job boards, social media, and networking strategies.
Screening & Shortlisting : Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination : Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Candidate Engagement : Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Job Posting & Employer Branding : Create compelling job descriptions and promote job openings across multiple platforms.
Offer Management : Assist in salary negotiations and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
Recruitment Metrics : Track and analyze recruitment performance, including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire.
Collaboration : Work closely with HR and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all hiring processes adhere to legal and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
