- Data entry to CRM (Connective)
- Liaise with clients for documents and information collection
- Valuation ordering and follow up
- Pricing application and reviews
- Preparing application over applyonline and loanapp
- Reviewing checklists, compliance, file notes, Tak management & delegating work to relevant personnels
- Send correspondence to clients eg. update on loan application status, more docs required, approvals, loan documents, settlements
- Liaise with solicitors and conveyancers
- Aftercare pricings and refinance analysis.
About the job
This candidate will be responsible for the entire end-to-end mortgage production process. They will gather, process and data-entry all documentation and compliance documents. They will be well versed with Australian mortgage process and various aspects fo the job. They will have excellent spoken and written communication skills as they will need to follow-up with the lenders and update clients. The need to have an eye for detail and ensure compliance with policy, regulatory, and loan terms.
Responsibilities
Review each loan file to verify that documents are present, accurate, and complete.
Manage loan process through mortgage software system. Experience with Mercury CRM highly desired, but not essential.
Ensure that loan rules, obligations, and deadlines are met
Follow-up every file on a daily basis with the clients and update in CRM
Send Email updates to clients.
Advise and explain clients the documents required
Check client documents for errors before sending to bank
Obtain mortgage loan documentation for clients
Order valuations and pricing with lenders
Effectively communicate to clients needing a rate review and explore refinance opportunities with in the database
Adhere to operations manager's instructions on policy and processes.
