HubSpot Solutions Architect (Contract, Full-Time)
We’re a fast-growing RevOps consulting agency helping early-stage B2B SaaS companies scale from $1M to $20M+ in revenue. We're looking for a customer-facing HubSpot expert who will work in N-A hours to join our team on a full-time, contract basis.
What You’ll Do
- Client Discovery & Solution Design : Engage directly with clients to understand their GTM challenges and pain points. Recommend scalable HubSpot architecture, tooling, and RevOps processes.
- I mplementation Oversight : Lead project execution end-to-end—scoping, planning, and coordinating tasks across internal specialists.
- HubSpot Configuration & Optimization : Set up workflows, custom properties, pipelines, dashboards, and automations. Optimize HubSpot as the command center for GTM operations.
- Tool Integrations : Integrate tools like SmartLead, Apollo, Clay.com, and others to support sales and marketing alignment.
- Automation & Reporting : Build automations for lead routing and engagement. Set up dashboards and reports to deliver client insights.
- Project Management : Use tools like ClickUp or Asana to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on HubSpot admin / specialist experience, preferably in an agency serving B2B SaaS.Strong grasp of GTM systems, RevOps strategy, and CRM best practices.Ability to break down client pain points into clear implementation plans.Strong client communication skills and comfort in a consulting environment.Experience managing internal project teams or freelancers.Familiarity with Zapier, SmartLead, and ideally Clay.com.Comfortable working remotely on North American hours.Nice-to-Haves
Experience with tools like Clay, Outreach, Sales Navigator.Exposure to advanced HubSpot features or basic API work.Understanding of sales enablement and pipeline acceleration strategies.What We Offer
