Job description2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment. Proven expertise in social media marketing, SEO, and running Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Proficiency with marketing and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, etc.. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience with additional digital marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, content marketing). Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML / CSS knowledge. Google Ads and / or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus. Experience implementing marketing automations (e.g., using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, or similar). Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Jasper, automated ad optimization, predictive analytics, or AI-based SEO tools). Ability to leverage automation and AI solutions to improve campaign efficiency, reporting, and personalization.
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising (Meta and Google Ads). You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver measurable results, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives, including social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other relevant digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign planning and SEO initiatives.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite), providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and paid media.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Communicate regularly with clients to present campaign results, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting campaign performance, escalating to management or clients when necessary.
