Key Responsibilities :
- Media Strategy & Planning :
- Develop data-driven media plans aligned with clients' objectives.
- Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization :
- Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Ensure delivery against KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- Conduct A / B tests to improve campaign performance and ad creatives.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Utilize GA4 for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights regularly.
Requirements :
1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns.Proven expertise in media planning, strategy, and execution.Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Note : Candidates based out of Mumbai with notice period of 15-30 Days would be preferred.
