Key Responsibilities :

• Manage client accounts ensuring timely service delivery and satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to develop sales strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to execute client campaigns and projects.
• Prepare reports on sales performance client interactions and revenue growth.
• Maintain followups with clients to ensure longterm business relationships.
• Address customer queries and provide effective solutions.
