Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.
  • Design go-to-market strategies for new offerings, geographies, or verticals.

Business Leadership

  • Own the P&L and drive business targets and revenue growth.
  • Oversee business development, partnerships, and client acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align execution with strategy.
  • Pitch & Client Leadership

  • Lead high-stakes pitches, proposals, and business presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a thought leader in discussions with potential partners, investors, and clients.
  • Market Expansion

  • Spearhead expansion into new domestic and global markets.
  • Leverage market insights to guide entry and scaling strategies.
  • Adapt strategy to suit diverse cultural, regulatory, and business environments.
  • Key Requirements :

  • Experience : 5+ years in business strategy, consulting, or leadership roles, with exposure to both Indian and international markets.
  • Track Record : Proven success in driving business growth, developing strategy, and leading pitches at a senior level.
  • Leadership : Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills : High proficiency in business modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Communication : Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Education : MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Preferred Qualities :

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Exposure to diverse industries and complex business environments.
  • Experience in scaling businesses or launching new verticals.
