Position Summary

The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making using data-driven methodologies.

This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong technical proficiency in data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators for various business units.
• Prepare and present findings in a clear and actionable manner for business stakeholders.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to deliver on business objectives.
• Participate in data quality improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements.
