About the Role

We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter specializing in C2H hiring to support end-to-end recruitment for our top technology clients. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closure experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for contract & contract-to-hire roles
• Work on niche IT skills – Developers, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, SAP, Infra, etc.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal database & references
• Conduct initial screening, fitment analysis & rate negotiation
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers & joining follow-up
• Maintain daily submission tracker & client delivery metrics
• Build a strong talent pipeline for recurring skill demands
