Role Description

Assist in the development and design of machine parts and systems, supporting the transition from concept to production.

Contribute to the creation of innovative part designs aimed at improving machine performance, durability, and efficiency.

Support in the prototyping process and assist with material selection for sample making.

Assist in reviewing design modifications and ensure proper documentation for management approval before implementation.

Collect and assist in analysing samples for functionality, tolerances, and compliance with specifications.

Assist in generating R&D codes for approved sample parts and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Help in creating basic machine user manuals, under supervision.

Prepare and assist in creating detailed 2D drawings (AutoCAD) and 3D models (SolidWorks) for components and assemblies.

Assist in managing design files and project documentation within SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Facilitate smooth data flow between design, production, and purchase teams by supporting SAP module operations.

Assist in the development and refinement of design reports.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design to develop innovative and efficient solutions.

Solid understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles for designing and optimizing systems and components.

Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to create, analyze, and revise design schematics.

Basic to advanced knowledge of Electrical Engineering to contribute to the integrated design of electromechanical systems.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

Relevant experience with industrial or manufacturing design processes is preferred.
