Currently we are hiring Fund Accounting for leading Fund Management Company.

Position : Fund Accounting - Manager - Sr. Manager

About the Organization

The organization is a regulated financial services firm established in 2017, operating under SEBI, RBI, and IFSCA guidelines. It provides end-to-end asset servicing solutions to offshore investment managers, institutional investors, and accredited investors. The firm has a strong presence in GIFT City with ancillary service licensing, enabling comprehensive fund administration services including fund accounting, compliance, structuring, and advisory. Assets under servicing exceed USD 3.7 billion, supported by a robust operational and clearing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculation of NAV and investor allocations; analysis of daily and monthly P&L and NAV movements.
• Daily reconciliation of cash and positions between funds and brokers / custodians.
• End-to-end management of fund accounting operations for assigned clients, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Handling investment operations including portfolio valuation, multi-currency accounting, income and expense accruals, and dividend processing.
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS.
• Independently managing year-end audits and finalization of annual financial statements.
• Preparation of monthly valuations, fund drawdowns, distributions, accruals, and expense reconciliations.
• Maintaining double-entry bookkeeping in the accounting system.
• Performing cash management and fund-level reconciliations.
• Preparation of drawdown, equalization, distribution, and waterfall calculations as per fund documents.
• Preparation of investor capital statements and IRR calculations.
