Role Description :

You'll be leading the brand - MINA IBROW (About) :

MINA IBROW is an international beauty brand, sold across the U.S. and Europe and among India's largest beauty exporters. Brand backed by a 49-year company( Sadaway pvt ltd).

We're now launching in India : accounts, pixels, feeds, and creative playbooks are all greenfield. You'll help take the brand from 1 - 100 across our Shopify D2C site and marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon), while laying foundations that scale across India and beyond.

What you'll do (overview) :

• Launch & scale paid campaigns across Amazon / Nykaa and Meta + Google for D2C,own the end-to-end build : structure, budgets, audiences, creatives, and experiments.
• Marketplace growth : run Sponsored Products / Brands / Display, keyword research, bids, placements, promotions / deals, and event calendars; partner with supply to stay in-stock and retail-ready (A+ / storefront).
• Creative ops : brief and rotate ad assets (statics, short video, carousels, banners); localise smartly (ENG / HIN; add regional when needed).
• Cross-functional : align with brand, content, ops, and customer support so ads, PDPs, pricing, and fulfillment move in lockstep.
