MAA Homes is looking for an experienced Legal Manager to handle all legal, compliance, documentation, and litigation matters related to our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of property laws, RERA compliance, and real estate documentation.

Key responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents : Sale Deeds, Agreements of Sale, Construction Agreements, MoUs, PoAs, Lease Deeds, etc.
• Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition and new project development.
• Handle RERA compliance, municipal approvals, and regulatory documentation.
• Manage legal notices, consumer court cases, arbitration matters, and coordinate with external advocates.
• Verify title documents, encumbrances, and property-related approvals.
• Provide legal advice to senior management and internal departments.
• Support sales & CRM teams in customer documentation and agreement LLB / LLM with 5+ years of experience in real estate legal operations.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, land laws, RERA, contract drafting, and litigation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
