Job descriptionOwn end-to-end architecture and implementation of React Native mobile applications. Drive best practices in code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. Provide technical direction for new features, frameworks, and platform enhancements. Evaluate and select technology stacks, libraries, and tools. Lead development of new features, modules, and mobile solutions. Optimize apps for performance, usability, and device / platform compatibility. Integrate with REST / GraphQL APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services. Ensure smooth CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management. Mentor and guide mobile developers through code reviews and pair programming. Foster an engineering culture rooted in ownership, innovation, and excellence. Coordinate sprint planning, task estimation, and technical documentation. Work closely with product managers and designers to shape product roadmap. Collaborate with QA to ensure reliable test coverage and high release quality. Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and optimize performance.

Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Lead Mobile Developer with deep expertise in React Native to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of our mobile applications. You will lead a team of mobile engineers, make key technical decisions, and collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and QA teams to build high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile experiences.
