Education Requirement : - Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT Graduate with 8+ CGPA preferred)

Experience Requirement : - 2 – 4 Years in Ethnic Wear Industry

Location : - Noida, India

Job Type : - Full-time

Compensation Range : - ₹4 - 6 LPA (Based on Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to conceptualize and design seasonal ethnic and fusion wear collections that align with Rustorange’s modern aesthetic. If you have a strong eye for color, fabric, and detail — and a passion for sustainable design —we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create illustrations, and detailed tech packs for sampling and production.
• Collaborate with fabric sourcing, sampling, and production teams to ensure high-quality execution.
• Work on surface ornamentation, embroidery, and print development for new collections.
• Participate in fit trials and ensure the final product meets brand standards in comfort, fit, and finish.
• Maintain design documentation, archives, and seasonal line sheets.
• Support the marketing and e-commerce teams with styling inputs for shoots and catalog imagery.
