Job Location : Bangalore / Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Sales & Solution Design

  • Lead technical demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to industry verticals
  • Conduct technical discovery calls with enterprise stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and analyze system logs during pre-sales

POC & Pilot Management

  • Plan and execute end-to-end POCs / pilots from initial scoping to enterprise conversion
  • Prepare industry-specific datasets and demo environments
  • Manage proof-of-concept (POC) implementations and pilot project execution
  • Address customer objections related to data privacy concerns, integration requirements, and regulatory compliance
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap and feature development
  • Solution Architecture & Technical Consultation

  • Design and present technical architecture solutions including AWS EKS, Azure AKS, GCP, multi-tenant, hybrid, and on-premises deployments
  • Lead technical discovery calls with enterprise customers to understand data environments, compliance requirements, and solution fit
  • Collaborate with DevOps and deployment teams to define optimal deployment strategies based on client infrastructure
  • Analyze system logs and provide technical troubleshooting support during pre-sales and proof-of-concept phases
  • Business Proposal Development & RFP Management

  • Own end-to-end creation of business proposals, technical documentation, and solution briefs.
  • Lead RFP and RFI response processes, ensuring comprehensive technical and commercial submissions.
  • Develop high-quality user guides, datasheets, and technical documentation for all product offerings.
  • Create compelling case studies and whitepapers demonstrating real-world privacy and AI governance implementations.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Thought Leadership

  • Represent PrivaSapien at industry conferences, trade shows, and privacy / AI governance events.
  • Build relationships with DPOs, CISOs, Partners of Big 4 and compliance executives
  • Act as subject matter expert on data privacy and responsible AI 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Proven ability to lead technical sales engagements with enterprise customers, especially Global 2000 companies
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, security, data governance, or compliance-related technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical teams, and procurement
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern data infrastructure, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics tools
  • Experience managing technical POCs, addressing integration challenges, and navigating enterprise security reviews
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel
  • Comfort using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales enablement tools, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
  • Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
  • Experience in outbound focused sales position is desired; customer oriented background required (sales, support, customer service).
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time to customer events
