Job Timings : 9 : 30AM to 6PM ( Wednesday to Monday).

Salary Range : upto 4LPA.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive at AJ Starlite (CP Firm), located in Alkapur Township, Manikonda , Hyderabad 500089 which will be having attractive Sales Incentive structure.

The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including Identifying and connecting with potential clients.

• Cold calling.
• Converting cold call to site visits.
• Showcasing properties with Site Visits (Travelling to multiple projects across Hyderabad like Rajendranagar, Miyapur, Tellapur, Neopolis etc.)
• Regular follow-ups with Clients.
• Managing negotiations.
• Closing sales.
• Achieving Monthly Targets.
• After Sales support.

The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and assistance.
