🌟 We’re Hiring : HR Business Partner (Pune) | 7–10 Years Experience 🌟

🔻 Location : Pune, India

🔻 Experience : 7–10 years

🔻 Role : HR Business Partner (HRBP)

🔻 Employment Type : Full-Time

🔹 Are you passionate about building a positive workplace culture and driving meaningful employee experiences? We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Pune!

As an HRBP, you will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, fostering strong employee relations, and supporting performance excellence across the organization.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

🔹 Manage end-to-end employee relations, ensuring fair and transparent practices.

🔹 Drive the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, reviews, and capability development.

🔹 Handle grievance management with sensitivity, confidentiality, and compliance.

🔹 Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices.

🔹 Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

🔺 7–10 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP or similar strategic HR roles.

🔺 Strong exposure to employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.

🔺 Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

🔺 Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support a dynamic business environment.
