About the Role

We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist to scale acquisition for our fintech product. You will manage end-to-end Search campaigns, optimise CAC, improve lead quality, and work closely with the growth team to scale performance marketing with focus on Google.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch & optimize Google Search campaigns

Conduct keyword research & competitor analysis

Improve CTR, Quality Score, CPA / CAC & conversion rates

Run A / B tests on ads & landing pages

Track performance via Google Ads, GA4 & internal dashboards

Own CAC, CVR, ROAS & funnel optimisation metrics

Requirements

2-4 years hands-on Google Ads Search experience with budget management

Strong acquisition & performance marketing background

Strong analytical, quantitative skills

Solid understanding of match types, bidding, tracking & optimisation

Strong communication & reporting skills

Freelancers eligible if available full-time
