Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriente d Front Office Executi ve to support ou r Insurance Sales te am. This role involves directly interacting with Australian clients, managing inquiries, explaining insurance products, and coordinating with the internal sales team. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales coordinatio n.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for Australian clients (calls & emails).

Support t he Sales T eam in client communication, follow-ups, and documentation.

Explain insurance products clearly and confidently to clients.

Maintain client data and assist in preparing sales reports.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Achieve assigned performance goals and maintain service standards.

Provide feedback and updates to sales managers regarding client queri es.

Qualifications and Skills

2–4 years’ experience in front office, customer service, or sales coordination.

Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client interaction.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet timelines.

Experience in insurance or financial services preferred.

Job Timing

5 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM IST (to align with Australian business h ours)

Location

Work From Office – Vadodara, G ujarat

Compensation & B enefits

Salary : Upto ₹34,000 per month (depending on experience)
