Senior Manager - Legal

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Manager - Legal to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a broad spectrum of legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters, providing strategic counsel to support business growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including software licensing, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and employment contracts.
• Compliance & Regulatory : Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations, including data protection (GDPR, CCPA), cybersecurity, export controls, and industry-specific requirements.
• Intellectual Property : Manage the company's IP portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Collaborate with external counsel to protect innovations and technologies.
• Risk Management : Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Provide legal guidance on business initiatives, product development, and operational matters.
• Corporate Governance : Support corporate secretarial functions, including board meetings, shareholder communications, and adherence to corporate laws.
• Policy Development : Draft, implement, and maintain company policies, including privacy policies, employee conduct guidelines, and codes of ethics.
