Job descriptionEnsure cross-discipline coordination and perform clash detection / resolution with Maintain and enforce BIM standards, modeling protocols, and BIM execution plans for MEPF Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and deliverables to ensure accuracy and Mentor and support junior BIM modelers and coordinate within multidisciplinary project Produce and manage model deliverables, including construction documentation and shop Stay updated on BIM industry trends and implement automation tools and enhanced Represent the BIM modeling function in internal meetings and project coordination sessions. Knowledge of understanding of BIM Process (LOD & LOI) and Documentation (BEP, EIR, AIR, Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit (with MEP focus), Navisworks, and Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, building codes, and construction documentation. Experience with parametric modeling, family creation, and automation tools like Dynamo is Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEPF BIM modeling. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, Architecture, or related Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit or equivalent certification preferred. Strong leadership, mentoring, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines.
A Senior BIM Modeller - MEPF typically leads and manages the creation, coordination, and quality
control of detailed Building Information Models specifically for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and
Firefighting systems. This role ensures that the BIM models comply with project standards, BIM
execution plans, and relevant construction codes, while collaborating closely with engineers,
architects, and construction teams to resolve design challenges.
