Job Description
- Drive retail KPIs, profitability, and growth across existing and new stores.
- Ensure operational hygiene, implement SOPs, and improve processes.
- Conduct competition benchmarking and track store inventory.
- Plan and execute offers, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure financial compliance and drive customer repeats and new footfalls.
- Build and retain high-performing store teams.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record of Sales and Retail Operations (6+ years)
- Should have handled more than one state or entire Zone
- Should have handled luxury or premium brands with an international flavor
- Should have exposure of a metro, and for this BGLR / Chennai Exposure is a must
- Should hold preferably a Master's degree in retail / sales & marketing
