US Export Operations Manager - Air & Ocean (Night Shift, India)

As an Air & Ocean Export Manager (Night Shift, India) your goal is to stabilize export operations while driving new revenue —owning full-cycle files on CargoWise One and building a diversified portfolio of clients. You’ll have the freedom, responsibility, and coaching to achieve that goal. A typical day might include running a discovery call, tightening a handoff checklist, clearing a milestone exception in CargoWise, or sharing best practices in a peer learning session. If you enjoy variety and ownership, this role is for you—no two days are the same.

Schedule : Mon–Fri, ~ 7 : 00pm–4 : 00am IST (covers US time)

You Will

allocate work, QC documentation, ensure on-time milestones, and maintain proactive client updates.
