We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of supporting project delivery within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
- Support project managers in risk management and quality assurance activities.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.3+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role.Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e.G., MS Project, Jira, Trello).Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
