Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely checks and balances are in place for all collections processes with nil error rate.
• Ensure degree overview and controls on collection allocation / processes
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Execute tasks (end-to-end) covering similar areas, which may be delegated
• Communicate proactive with stakeholders on all important matters
• Ensure there are no audit / compliance failures which are important functioning of the process

Will be required to actively engage with various parts of the Bank to achieve desired quality results.
