Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven B2B Inside Sales Specialist who can independently generate her own leads, manage calling data, and connect with corporate clients. The candidate must be confident, organized, and capable of driving B2B sales through effective communication and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate B2B leads through online portals such as IndiaMart, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, company websites, and other digital sources.
- Arrange, organize, and maintain personal data for outbound calling.
- Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and follow-ups with corporate clients.
- Identify key decision-makers and pitch relevant products / services.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and support closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, lead status, and client details in CRM or Excel.
- Provide daily / weekly reports to management.
Requirements :
Female candidates only.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales / corporate lead generation / tele-sales .Ability to generate and manage own leads effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong research ability to identify potential businesses and decision-makers.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online B2B portals.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.Candidates from Thane / Manpada or nearby areas preferred.Benefits :
